Using physical postures, breath techniques, and meditation, the yoga classes can be tailored to heal a specific injury, address an issue like insomnia or stress, or simply optimize your overall wellness.

Prenatal yoga – Treat yourself during this special time. Learn basic postures and breathing techniques to prepare your body and mind for childbirth. These gentle sessions will help you relax, alleviate and prevent lower back pain, and connect with your growing baby. I offer private classes with expecting mom only or expecting mom and dad together, in the comfort and convenience of your own home.

Corporate yoga – Bring wellness to the workplace! Healthy employees are happy employees. Suitable for groups of any size, these all-level classes focus on increasing strength and flexibility while decreasing stress and tension. All you need is a quiet space at your place of work where we can unroll a few yoga mats.

Bridal yoga – Banish wedding-related woes with yoga classes designed to open the heart, decrease stress, and prepare busy brides for the big day. Available as private classes for the bride the morning of the wedding, bridal-party group classes for bachelorette parties, or partner classes for the bride and groom.
